 Lord of Life prides itself on being a friendly and warm environment at worship, even upon ones first visit. We want to be known for being a welcoming congregation of believers who extend handshakes and warm holy hugs.
When new members are received brunches and receptions are the order of the day helping our newest partners in ministry feel welcome, know they belong and to celebrate all of these facts.
Fellowship was a great part of the Early Church and it continues to be one of the benchmarks of a quality church congregation like Lord of Life. While we serve coffee and baked goods after every Sunday's worship services, we really feel that fellowship with other Christians is so much more. Bonds that strengthen our ties to one another are made here and they serve both to support and comfort each and every member of the flock.
 In addition special receptions honoring particular people on birthdays or anniversaries (a 25th, 40th and 50th anniversary are never missed if we can help it!) and other occasions. In the spring, summer and fall barbeques are held as the congregation and its friends gather in the beautiful permanent outdoor picnic area on the south portion of our property. Fourth of July is special for its fireworks displays in Moreno Valley and Lord of Life's front lawn is one of the best places to view it! What a night of fellowship with members, friends and neighbors this proves to be.
And during the Lenten season, Simple Suppers are served and provided by the membership to any who come at no charge for this seven week season! Worship attendance is always up when the flock is fed mid-week, during Lent or in the summer. And let's not forget our community Easter breakfast, world famous now and appreciated by many. Even the children enjoy an Easter egg hunt complete with all those special Easter surprises.
Forever Young is our senior ministry that welcomes men and women to bi-monthly luncheons hosted by various members at the church building.
 During the Christmas season a Caroling group forms that brings joy to shut-ins and institution or home bound folk and provides great fellowship for the group.
