Pastor Yutaka Kishino graduated from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in May, 1979 and received his first call from Zion Lutheran Church in Philadelphia. In 1983, he became an Associate Pastor in Plano, TX, where he became a pastor developer candidate. He was called to start a new congregation in Grand Prairie, TX, where he organized Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in 1988.

From June 1989 to October 2006, Pastor Kishino served as a Mission Director in Southern California where he was to oversee the new ministry developments.

Following his service as Mission Director, he attended Interim Pastoral Training, and has been an interim pastor in Claremont, CA, Whittier, CA, Huntington Beach, CA, and now in Moreno Valley, CA.

Throughout his life and ministry, he has always believed that his ministry was completely guided by the Holy Spirit and has positively responded to each ministry call.

We here at Lord of Life are very happy to have Pastor Kishino, and his wonderful wife, Nancy, with us on this journey. He brings much knowledge, enthusiam, joy, and a love for children and youth ministry!
